Nothing goes into production until you approve the design. That rule has no exceptions.

Step 5: Production, and the timeline you should expect

A typical custom piece takes two to four weeks from approved design to finished jewelry. Complex pieces with multiple stones or unusual settings can take longer, and we'll tell you upfront if yours will.
