Custom Jewelry at the Jewelry Trade Center, Bangkok - How It Works
You've seen the videos. Here's the real process — from sketch to certified finished piece — made in the same building the influencers film in, by a family with 35+ years in the Thai gem trade.

Why everyone films at this building
Every month, another video goes viral: someone walks into the Jewelry Trade Center on Silom Road and walks out with a custom ring that would have cost 3–4x more at home. The videos are real and so is the reason behind them.
The JTC isn't a mall. It's the vertical heart of Thailand's gem and jewelry industry: stone dealers, cutters, casters, setters, and certification labs stacked into one building. When you order custom jewelry here, there is no importer, no brand markup, no retail lease in a Western capital baked into your price. You're buying at the source.
We're Lab Grown Dreams, a manufacturer operating on Silom Road, specializing in IGI/GIA-certified CVD lab-grown diamonds and fine colored gemstones (emerald, ruby, sapphire, alexandrite, spinel). What the videos show in 90 seconds, we do every day. Here's exactly how it works.
How a custom piece comes together in about four weeks
Step 1 - Share Idea
Send us anything: a Pinterest screenshot, a competitor's listing, a rough sketch, or just a description. We'll tell you honestly what it will cost and how long it will take, before you commit to anything.
Step 2 - Choose Stone
Choose from actual inventory, CVD lab-grown diamonds with IGI or GIA certificates, or colored stones you can inspect on video call or in person at our JTC office. Every certificate number is verifiable online before you pay.
Step 3 - 3D CAD Design
Our designers build a 3D render of your piece. You review it from every angle, request changes (unlimited revisions at this stage), and nothing goes to production until you approve it in writing.
Step 4 - Casting
Your piece is cast in your chosen metal (9k/14k/18k gold, platinum, or silver), then hand-set by JTC master setters — the same workshops the big export houses use.
Step 5 - Quality Check & Certification
Finished piece is inspected, photographed, and delivered with the stone's IGI/GIA certificate. Gold is stamped; UK-bound pieces are handled with hallmarking compliance in mind.
Step 6 - Collect in Bangkok or Ship Worldwide
Pick it up at our Lab Grown Dreams office (bring your passport, enjoy the moment), we ship fully insured.
How do I know the stones are real and certified?
Every diamond we set comes with an IGI or GIA certificate, and every certificate is independently verifiable, type the report number into igi.org or gia.edu yourself before you pay a deposit. Colored gemstones come with lab reports on request.
This matters because it removes the single biggest fear people have about buying jewelry in Bangkok. You are not trusting us, you're trusting IGI and GIA, the same labs that certify stones at Tiffany and Cartier price points. The certificate travels with your piece, which also matters for insurance and resale back home.
We're a registered business at the Jewelry Trade Center with 35+ years of family history in the Thai gem trade, not a pop-up counter. You're welcome to visit the office, verify certificates on the spot, and watch stones being inspected before setting.

One Bangkok partner instead of three suppliers.
If you're an independent jeweler, bench jeweler or online brand selling lab-grown, you're likely juggling a stone dealer, a CAD service and a casting house. We are all three with the colored-stone depth that lets you offer what your competitors can't.
